Access Your Storage Unit

We understand that sometimes you put things in storage that you may need to access, therefore we offer free access to our customers. Simply call us 24 hours in advance and we will get everything set up for you to arrive. There is no cost, as long as you don’t make it a habit of not showing up for your appointments. A charge may be incurred if you continue to regularly cancel viewings without notice.

When you come in for your appointment, don't forget to bring the keys for your container's lock. You can access your containers immediately after checking in. Please make sure you take everything with you that is not left in your container. There will be a charge to your account for any unauthorized trash left behind.

Additional Storage

Avoid the aggravation of truck rental and lugging your belongings back and forth. Our pain-free process was designed with your convenience in mind. Just call and schedule a time and we will drop the container off at your home or office. Need additional storage containers? Orders can be altered at any time to meet your needs. Payments

From monthly billing to auto-pay, we offer numerous payment options, cash, check, credit card, even PayPal. Need Space PMS offers the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Auto-Pay Methods: Our most popular and most convenient method of payment, auto-pay allows for automatic, monthly deductions from your bank account, credit card or even PayPal. To set up auto-pay, please call 1-877-786-7453 with your account information and we will be happy to help you.
• Phone: Payments can be made over the phone by credit card. Check with your billing location for the types of credit cards that can be accepted. Call us toll-free at 1-877-786-7453.
• PayPal: We can email your invoice to you to pay through PayPal.
